    Assess and Advise

    I assess your needs and advise on next steps.

    Before diving in, I access your project's needs and provide preliminary advisement, with input that ranges from project design to financing. This soul searching process is free; oh, and fun.

    Idea Generation

    Some call it due diligence, but that's boring. 

    I could provide you with the basic land use analysis, but why stop there? I do my research, and then generate ideas that offer the highest and best use for your site. I also define the project's goals and mission. This can be done in a variety of ways - case studies, tours, brainstorming sessions. I may also bring in design professionals to help visualize your idea.

    Community Engagement

    I stand out front, so you don't have to.

    You've settled on an idea, now you have to engage the community and receive feedback. I help you craft your message and build relationships. Don't worry, you've engaged me from the beginning, so your project is more likely to be received in a positive light. 

    Approvals and Build

    Applications and public meetings, I can do that too.

    Let me help you submit the necessary applications, and attend internal and public meetings on your behalf.
